Our delivery time starts from the moment your item has been produced. Before we dispatch your purchase, we need to confirm your details with your card issuer.

and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed. Please note orders may take 2-4 business days during sale periods.

 

When your order is shipped clients will receive an email from STRUGALATHELABEL.COM specifying  the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

Once it's shipped, we do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products however, colors may appear slightly different via this website due individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks are sold out.

 

Return Policy

Custom items are final sale.

Regular Items should be returned new, unused and with all Strugala garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may be sent back to the costumer.

 Merchandise should be returned within 7 days after the order was received.  Please return the items in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Refunds

Refund payments will be made using the same method you used to make the initial purchased. It usually takes 1-5 business days after we receive your package.

We don't refund shipping lost or custom fees.
